WAM is incorporated in the United States as a 501(c)(3).

Leadership of WAM International Current Board Members:

WAM has nine directors who all serve on a volunteer basis. The Board is responsible for the overall policy, direction and administration of WAM International.

WAM International Board of Directors:

The leadership body of the Board of Directors is the Executive Committee, which is composed of a President, Secretary, and Treasurer.
